My first experience with BMW was with another dealership in the area. They were rude, condescending, and frankly couldn't care if I bought a car or not. Customer service was excellent and Northwest BMW offers a pressure free buying atmosphere. The only problem I had was pricing was a little off, but other than that the experience was great. Go in negotiating stronger than I did and you should end up with a great experience.

The customer service was excellent. All of the sales team really polite. The bathroom really clean. Maybe a snack bar would be great. Gregory Bryant was very knowledgeable of the vehicle answered all questions I asked. Rod in finance was very knowledgeable of all questions I asked as well. I have already refereed a friend to Mr. BRYANT.
Melvin Bey was the sales associate that helped me. He was very informative, friendly and not pushy. After our test drive we sat down to talk price. I was given a fair price on my trade in and received a great price on my new car. The dealership personel made you feel like you were the most important person in the room.
