The service department is the worst... they take advantage of people, do not communicate information well at all. I had my car taken there recently and the issue was never diagnosed on the first visit but i was charged a $140 fee.... i was than told to return the car and it would be checked for free, not really i already paid and it was not done properly. when i pick my car up i noticed my mileage was increased by almost 1,000 miles and no on can account for this... Sad part is speaking with management didn't help at all. I ... read more
In 2009 I purchased a new vehicle from Northwest and had a phenomenal experience. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and sincerely cared about helping me find the exact vehicle I was looking for at the right price. When I recently contacted the dealership via email to determine if they would be able to find a new X1 with the options we were looking for, I received a response from an aggressive salesperson who wasn't very friendly. He seemed abrasive and confrontational when I shared what I was looking for. This ... read more
Before coming to this dealership my wife and I visit another in West Chester, PA that was a terrible experience. Thanks to the quality of people at Northwest BMW I will countinue to drive a longer distance for this service and friendliness.
I recently brought a 2012 550xi, let me tell you; my experience is the worst; at first we agreed on a price but when it comes to delivery; the price of the vehicle changed. I was promised a low apr; dealer told me I was locked in; when it's time for delivery the apr went up. I told them in that case I don't want the vehicle. They told me if that's the case; they won't refund my deposit. After thinking this over; i told them fine; I take the difference in apr with one exceptation that they give me some accessories for the veh... read more
I sent in a request for service through the website and never heard back. I called them on the day of my supposed appointment and was told I was not in the system. I scheduled a new service. When I arrived after 45 minutes of traffic, I was told they gave away my loaner car and they would have to reschedule. I asked to see a manager and they left me sitting there for 5 minutes. I left and never went back. I was planning on this dealer being my BMW dealer for life, but now, I'm thinking of switching over to Audi.
I got a loaner car 2009 BMW 328I out while my car was in service with Northwest BMW last week. When I brought my loaner car back, they saw me a scratch on the back bumper and ask me to pay for the repair. The damage was there when I took the car out, now they want me to pay for somebody damage. It was very very unfair. They just want somebody to fix their mistake for free...everybody bee careful while take a loaner car from them...they might ask to pay a lot when u bring your car back...
The most unpleasant experience ever. The sales manager was not even willing to give me a counteroffer until I raised my voice and told him that I would absolutely not buy a car from him unless he gave me a lower quote. I was willing to negotiate and had the $ money to buy the car, I was prepared for this kind of nastiness. This was a third car for my family and I could have walked out, in hindsight I realize that would have been a better option that haggling with this difficult and arrogant man. I will never buy another car ... read more
When I ordered an X6 Xdrive35i from Northwest BMW in April 2008 I was told that the car will be ready in 8-10 weeks. In June they told me the car is little late, but 100% will be ready in July. July became August, August became September, And September now became October. Today is October 20,2008 and salesperson in Northwest told me that car is being produced right now!!!)) I did not trust them after 6 months of delay. Called BMW production line, they told me that dealership is not telling you truth, WE HAVE NOT YET STARTED ... read more
