well for starters the first impression was great very friendly and knowledgeable staff. shower me everything i needed and alot that i didn't know. very very professional and on point. they showed me all the programs that they had going on and showed we the great service dept. overall great place a++++++++++++

We had a wonderful experience working with the sales consultant at the dealership. However, George the salesmanager should be highly recommended for his care of every detail from walking into the dealership to keeping the process honest and to the point. We would recommend them to all the people we know in the market for a vehicle.

They were very good at delivering the vehicle on time and worked well in cleaning it up for sale. The sales people made sure that any questions I had were answered. I would highly recommend them. They were also very competitive and I have a great service department.

EXCELLENT SERVICE ! AAA+++ BEST EXPERIENCE ! I live in the MD/PA area and I was searching for a good place to get work done on my 1999 Z3 and I found it ! Thank you ! Stopped by to buy parts and was helped right away. Very friendly and very pleasant staff to talk to. No snobbish feeling that is sometimes felt in these dealerships. The best service hands down! Friendly courteous staff. They are a hard working friendly team that tries very hard at customer satisfaction. Best of all, they always had a loaner. I drove an hour just to get my car serviced here. Tried to book at Fairfax BMW and they put me on hold, transferred me to mail boxes with no call backs. Walked in to Arlington BMW and they just ignored me, I guess I don't look like a 330i fully loaded kinda person. Oh well. Take it from me Northwest BMW is worth the drive.

I bought and installed an OEM alarm and just needed it activated. I called EVERY MD dealer out there and asked for a price quote. All I needed was for them to hook it up to the computer and activate the alarm. Tops 15 min only because it takes a little to download the info from my car to their computer. Every dealer quoted me 110-130 $$ except for Northwest ($50). I also ordered some parts one being a very difficult one to explain and they got that one wrong but that was partly my fault. went in w/1997 540 still covered under warranty for misc. work. didnt fix but 2 of 4 items on list and told me my engine lite was on and new sensor had to be attched. told greg that lite is always on [ditto for my wifes 2000 528]. argued w/ me that i was hairbrained not to fix but i held my ground. when car was ready i went in and greg said they put a new sensor in free of charge. now i know from previous experience that they just hook it up to their computer,put my # in and reset the sensor .there was a 130 dollar charge on... read more

I find the dealership to be organized, with scheduling of appointments. You are usually in and out it a reasonable length of tom. Mechanics are knowledgeable and through. I trust their service.

Excellent customer service. My salesperson listened, and knew exactly what I wanted. He made sure the options that I was interested in were ready for me to look at and test drive. The financing process was top notch and everyone was very thorough. Overall awesome experience with Eric L. and Tanya A.
