"this dealership is a failure and should be closed down." I traded my 2019 ram 1500 for a 2020 Bmw X5 on 06/20/20 and until today 07/14/ 20 my trade in has not been paid off. My bank kept sending me notifications why i cancelled my insurance and that my payment is past due. "NOT SATISFIED AT ALL" After taking delivery on my 2016 528I XDRIVE on June 19th 2019, I discovered that the left front shield was damaged, actually torn and cost $176 to replace, I was not advised the car did not have Sirius radio $300 to install the code, I was not advised the car only came with one key ( however this was abated by the Finance Director Bob Harris) had to replace the wiper blades $52, the guy at Advanced Auto agreed that they looked like originals to him also they were in such bad shape. "Unfortunate Miscommunication" Miscommunication, They offered a good explanation and insight as to what happened. The price on the car was wholesale price and they decided to honor the price on the car but the car was actually wholesaled out a few days before. Unfortunate circumustances.

"Warranty " I Was very disappointed in the change of warranty/service plan. The change almost made me reconsider my deal with BMW. But Eric was great.
The service department is not consistent with the overall BMW of North America vision and mission. I have voiced this concern and other issues with leadership.
Bought a car from this dealer and had them ship it. On the phone they were very accommodating and wanted to do anything to earn the sale. As soon as they received money for deal they forgot how to deal with a customer!!! Lied to about when car was to be shipped and when the car finally came was damaged!!! Went and had it appraised for damage and damage is over $2500!!! Have called, emailed and texted salesperson and management and have been ignored!!!
