He is outstanding. My Northern dealer had a specialist explain new features, but at Germain, Kevin not only was great during sales process, but knew the car and features “cold.” There was not question I asked that he did not know and to explain in detail. He is the best guy to deal with whether or not you buy since he know the product.,
