Service Advisor, Cory Hespeler, did everything he could to help me while his team solved the recent problem I had getting my car to start, including arranging to have the car towed into the service department. He kept me posted on what was happening with the car, and made the entire process easy for me. I wasn't really sure what to do when the car wouldn't start. "Dashboard message was I needed brakes. Called Rhoel Gray..." Dashboard message was I needed brakes. Called Rhoel Gray and he had an appointment for me the next day. They took my car in and in a hour found out that I didn’t need brakes and recalibrated the brake message. Said I still had a lot of brake pad left. I liked the honesty, because they could have just replaced the brakes and I would have not known any better. Thank you Rhoel and Germain.
