Horrible Customer Service I purchased 7 BMWs over a 9 year period. The last two were from BMW of Asheville. When I took my 335 in for the last service before the 4 year complimentary maintenance ended, I asked the service advisor to make sure all required maintenance was taken care of, and I was assured it would be. Two days after picking my car up the service light came on.
