Epic fail I felt like I should make the world aware that I wouldn’t let these people bag my groceries. I don’t think the serv writer Jessica dippy has ever looked under the hood of a bmw in her life.
Tried to buy M6 I was told that a particular M6 was available from this dealership. I announced that I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle. And also told the sales agents that I had set my itinerary and fly in to see the vehicle and have it shipped if it was in the condition they reported. The sales agent said that they would pick me up at the airport..... and after I bought my plane ticket they emailed me and reported "I have some bad news" the vehicle had been sold....This happens days after I put down a deposit ... read more
caveat emptor Very poor communications . The salesperson had to be repeatedly queried to get status, gave no help with options. The Genius is perpetually 'out to lunch,' never replying to emails. Have to go to the 800 telephone help line. I will use another dealer, or buy an Audi next time.

Poor parking I am a disabled Veteran with a Handicap plate. Your parking situation is bad. I can never find a handicapp spot because it appears to always be full of the same non handicapped vehicles. It's pretty infuriating to come in for parts and have to drive around and around.

Starnge Story Oh my. What a colossal story! As you know, on I-75 North (Ohio, I believe), my wife (Constance) X1 stops blowing cold air (in June). Of course, she called for assistance & was advised, if possible & safe, to call local dealership when destination (Rochester, MI) reached. She called & arranged to drop off the X1. She tells me the service dept was very very kind & helpful. despite, not offering a car while hers in for service, or offering to ride a courtesy shuttle. (As far as I know). Worthless warranty....BMW of North America .... No more... BMW of N.A. failed to honor my wheel warranty costing me $395.00 on top of the $1,165.00 wheel protection plan. I will be trading, but not with BMW. Too bad.
