BMW of Asheville BMW of Asheville's high marks for their service department are well earned. I've been working with Joel and his colleagues for over two years in getting service for my 2011 BMW X-5 (which incidentally was purchased elsewhere). Getting an appointment has always been an easy process and once I bring the car in there has never been a delay in getting it worked on. They like to take care of their customers I have purchased 2 cars from BMW of Asheville with the latest one being a CPO 2009 535i this last December. Awesome experience! I was extremely impressed by the entire experience and especially Joshua Kem, my client advisor. I called BMW of Asheville after looking on line at the X3 and I asked about a test drive appointment. I decided to go test drive the X3 as soon as I got off of work that same day. I was greeted warmly at the door by the receptionist and I soon met Josh. Josh was very nice, professional and patient with me as I asked questions. Woody is the greatest! Where do I begin? I had been searching for a new car for over a year now. During my weekly search I ran across a Certified 2010 BMW 328 coupe at BMW of Asheville. I sent an email inquiring about the car after hours and received a prompt response first thing the next day. I made the 2+ hour trip to Asheville to be greeted by Robert Wood (Woody). Great Service! Every trip into BMW of Asheville service dept, with the help of Joel and Noman, has been very professional, above and beyond what you expect or get from other dealers service dept. Highly recommend them! NOTE: I do not do reviews but this group at BMW of Asheville service are Very PROFESSIONAL that goes that extra mile!!
