Exceptional Staff! I stopped by BMW of Asheville to look at a particular pre-owned BMW. I knew I wasn't going to be buying because my wife wasn't with me but I wanted to see the car and see how the staff treated me. From the very start, two gentlemen stood out. BMW of Asheville I recently purchased a 335I at BMW of Asheville. My experience with Robert Wood and other staff at this facility was great. They are customer focused and very knowledgeable of their products. Robert professionally navigated me through product selection, testing and the purchase process. 2011 BMW I found my 2011 BMW at BMW Asheville through cars.com and began emailing Robert Woods about my trade, bottom line price, etc. I live in another state. We agreed on a price and by that afternoon, the car was delivered to my door. I've had a couple of questions since, and Robert has always been there to answer them. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
The auto dealer you want to avoid. Worst service in all of WNC. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced. They never answer the phone and they never let you talk to the guys who work on your car. Complete jerks.
