Service department is fantastic! I have lived in Asheville for five years and BMW of Asheville has taken excellent care of my cars. My service advisor Norman Locey has always been accommodating with my schedule and has offered appropriate advice every time. I couldn't be happier with the service he provides!

First BMW After driving an X1 last year and researching on line, we contacted Josh by phone. He found the car we wanted to lease and we made all of our arrangements prior to pickup day by phone and email. Very convenient. All the staff at BMW of Asheville were courteous and helpful. We're still learning what new tricks our X1 can do. We find the premium service of airport pickup and drop off an attractive offering. The combination of small size and All Wheel Drive for our steep driveway were also important in our selection.

Fantastic Staff and Dealership The whole BMW staff is wonderful to deal with from Chris Slage our salesman to Norman Locey our service advisor. Norman Locey who works in service is the best to deal with!! We purchased our new BMW in Asheville even though we have a dealership in Greenville, SC. BMW of Asheville is much more personable and easier to deal with. Well worth the drive. - no other dealership can top them.

Great so far! After reading many reviews about this dealer, we decided it prudent to include them in our purchase attempt. They won! We have received great respect, fair pricing and enjoyment from our recent buying process. Woody has been great to work with, and they made it easy to take delivery at the nearby plant. We have not had to return for any service yet, but hope to be pleased when we do since it is a 100 mile drive for us. Definitely a classy dealership!
