"Excellent customer service" I pulled up to the garage to be greeted by Mr. Michael Jenkins. He informed me promptly of the work needed to be done on my X5.

I had some serious issues with my 6 year old BMW-X3. Mr Michael Jenkins, the Service Manager, walked me thru the issues, how to prioritize what repairs to take care of first, found rebates to help drive down the costs, he spoke directly to the extended warranty representative, kept me posted on the repairs and followed up 24 hours after my car was returned 5 days later. I went from feeling intimidated and hopeless to fully empowered to make the right decision for my car and budget. Thank you!

I brought our car in for service and a minor repair early in the morning. I was immediately greeted by a service advisor, Michael Jenkins, who listened carefully to my request regarding a mechanical problem. After asking a few pertinent questions, he explained what would be done to the car regarding scheduled maintenance. I bought my BMW 318ti in 1998 from Passport Auto. It’s from their regular maintenance service that my 318ti is still running well with 228,000 miles on it. Obviously, with a 20 year old car things are going to break down as they have run their life span. A week ago when I turned my key to start my car the ignition switch gave out. I was in an accident, and was told it would take 2 days to repair the car. It was repaired withing the two days and I was updated both days they had the vehicle. When they were done, I went to them and paid for the service, but could not stay. Ryan brought the car to me, as I live in the local area close to the dealership.
