I am a big BMW fan and was looking for a replacement for my previous E90. This time, I was interested on a F10 or F30 models. I was looking for a nice CPO 335 or 535. I was referred to this dealership by United Airlines premium member discount program. I was contacted by phone right I've left my phone number online, first by a sales manager, and then within 5 minutes by a sales associate Milorad. After I've explained to him the specific requirements for the car we were looking for, he sent me several web links to 2018 and 2017 new models, as well as 2017 low-mileage certified cars (loaners). I walked onto the dealership lot and was refeeshingly met with a salesman named Al Meer. He just wanted to know if I had been helped. This was the first time I had been on a lot where a salesman was not pushy. He was so respectful of me as a person not less a buyer. That made me want to look at vehicles with him.
