Why have I bought seven cars from Passport BMW, when there are other dealerships closer to my home? The reason is because as soon as I walk into the showroom everyone from the sales manager, to the service staff, to the ladies who take your payment know not only my name, but what kind of car I have... and have had. Unfortunately, I was not there to purchase but to get a BMW recall matter taken care of. To begin, I purchased my BMW from the store in Annapolis a couple years ago and was going there for all warranty and service related issues. Everyone I dealt with PassPort BMW was courteous and helpful, They even drove out to Kensington, MD to pick me up to take delivery of the car so that no one would need to drive me out there. Additionally, my calls and email inquiries were answered quickly and accurately.
Javed Gul was the best. He is by far the best salesperson that I have encountered. His professionalism and kindness and might I add patience throughout my purchase speaks volumes. It was such a pleasure doing business with him. I've been back to the dealership three times since the purchase of my car to thank him.
I was connected with Al by expressing interest in a used BMW I had seen on Autotrader.com. Having a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with approximately $19,000 worth of negative equity, I wasn't optimistic that 1. I could find a vehicle that I could afford, and 2. Al was fantastic! After having numerous bad experiences with vehicles not being as good as was advertised, I called Passport about a used BMW X5 that I had seen online.
