Passport BMW is the best place to buy a car in my experience. Tom Foster is the best salesman to work with when you go there. I first bought a 328i from Tom Foster at Passport in 2010 and even though I live 200 miles away in VA, I came back to Passport (and Tom Foster) to purchase my new X3. Their price and service can’t be beat!
my car was hit & i took it 2 passport on auth way 4 repairs...my writer kevin grant was courteous, professional & very helpful with advising me on the way 2 getting my car fixed considering that i was paying out of pocket....
My vehicle needed some major repairs and Mike Jenkins, service advisor at passport Bmw put forth his best effort to get the work done in a efficient time and manner.
I own a 750i and 135i and I’ve always dealt with Mr Jenkins, and as much as I hate to go to the dealership for annual repairs,tires, or etc mike always take care in anyway possible and also follow up to make sure I’m completely satisfied!!!
My service advisor Mike always does a great job with my BMW. I’ve been going to location for a while just because of the service and will continue.
Passport BMW Service upgraded some external trim - the entire process was worth a long drive from Virginia- efficient and prompt, and included the flat out best complementary interior and exterior wash I’ve ever seen! What a great team! Thank You!
My recent experience purchasing a preowned BMW 335 was outstanding. The salesman, Mr. Nana Prempeh, was great to work with. He was friendly and polite and guided me through the process efficiently. I really could not have asked for more. I am glad to give a very positive review to both Passport BMW and especially to Mr. Prempeh. Thank you.
No one ever wants to take their car into the shop and have to wait to get it back. Andre was FANTASTIC- walked me through every step of the process (especially when dealing with the other person's insurance and some miscommunications with them), and made sure I knew what was happening with my car. Got my car back in impeccable quality. Couldn't be happier with their work- definitely worth the trek out there.
