08 535xi has had some engine malfunction codes. We bought this used car from passport a few years ago and car has been great until.... Passport fixed problem but only for code to come up again. Called Jennifer and took car back in, while this is expensive and frustrating, the dealership and Jennifer have stood behind their workmanship. They have done everything they can to get car back to normal and so far so good! If we buy BMW again, we will go to Passport! Ed
I would recommend Passport BMW. Al Meer was always available to answer our questions, and was always trying to help. We had a a few issues mostly related to leasing the vehicle from a different state. They were resolved eventually, but I am still lowering the score a bit.
My father and I were buying my first car so I was unsure what to expect when walking into Passport BMW for my first purchase. While the majority of the staff there provided satisfactory customer service, Al was simply outstanding. Where some dealers will try and guide you into purchasing any car for their benefit, Al went out of his way to understand exactly what I wanted in a first car. The salesman were helpful getting information on the cars I wanted to test drive and as well as the one I purchased. Customer service was outstanding.

I was in the market for a retired loaner, BMW X1, and showed up without an appointment. I was met by Al Meer who was super helpful, brought out one I was interested in for a test drive, and then showed me every other one in every color available because I was undecided and wanted to make sure I picked the right one.
