I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. I am always treated like a VIP and receive the best service. From the management to my sales reps to the financing manager to the service people - everyone is top notch.
Passport BMW far exceeded my expectations. Most impressive was sales rep extraordinaire Sean Swartz, who transformed the car-buying process from an arduous ordeal into a delightful experience. Sean was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable, and he got me a great deal on my X1. Don’t be put off by this dealership’s location: for both sales and service, they will bring a car out to your home or office at no additional cost. Really.
Steve Heath (and Keith as his back-up when Steve is not available) is the ultimate service rep. Been a Passport customer for over 20 years, most of which has involved Steve. None better for customer satisfaction.
I drove 4 hours to work with Al and the Passport team, the experience I had was top notch. I located the car online and inquired about it, within 5 minutes of inquiry Al gave me a call and went over all the details of the vehicle as well as answering all the many questions I had. when I arrived at Passport Al met me at the front door, offered me food and coffee after my 4 hour trip. I had an amazing experience at Passport BMW. Rachel Clancy was amazing. She truly did everything to get me what I wanted and she went over all my options. The sales manager Tony & Ian were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The process was very honest and easy. I passed several local dealerships and went to Passport, I have never regretted the decision. I purchased a certified 2014 X-3 I could not have been treated better if the car were new. Yesterday was the first service visit; What a treat. There was regular phone contact from the dealership, both of the ladies I dealt with were polite, professional and most pleasant to deal with. Service was completed the same day and my car was returned early in the afternoon. What a nice experience!

I have owned a BMW 328i since 1998 and recently purchased a manual BMW 328xi a few years back. Fortunately, since it was Certified Pre-Owned, I got a 100,000 mile warranty, and the car only had 34,000 miles to start. I have been working with Michael Jenkins, in the service department. This dude is one of the nicest and most helpful team members at BMW Service Center. Not many exist nowadays, but he was up front and straightforward with every leg of the buying process, and things were handled in an orderly and relatively swift fashion. Just the way I prefer things to be done. I would recommend Passport and specifically Al for your next BMW purchase in the DC metro area.
