Al did his absolute best to help me buy an excellent CPO BMW - super friendly, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. The dealership overall has some issues but Al did a great job.

After a long weekend of car shopping and dealerships making false advertising of their prices,then once you're ready to make a deal the price is jacked up I became very drained and lost hope on getting the car I wanted for the price I wanted to spend. The dealership had an incredible selection of both new and used vehicles and every employee I spoke to was friendly and sincere. Service is always great from check in to completion and pick up. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful especially my service advices Michael Je kins. Mike is always on top of any and all services needed - he's very personable and makes the whole process as painless as possible. Brought my car in because of a unusual sound coming from the transmission. A quick test drive with the service folks confirmed the noise. They took great care of me and got me in a loaner in no time. That afternoon they confirmed they would be ordering me a new transmission. Three days later I was back on the road with my car. Great service with a smile.
