Thank you Ray and your team for providing the service you promised on the tire change and concerns I had. I can honestly say, that your team pulls through with your promises at least to this customer. Thank you! The tires I have, are hard to come by, and even local shops take a few days for shipment to arrive. I needed this resolved promptly and the Passport team made it happen! oh, and by the way, it was actually cheaper than the locals and having to wait a longer period for a fix.
Bought a 540i x-drive Sport a few days ago. I live in VT and the small local dealer had no inventory of the 540's, so I searched the country - never did find exactly what I was after, so I ordered one from Passport after they offered a price that no other dealer could touch. Watched it cross the pond and went to pick it up. Everything was ready and everyone I dealt with was really personable and did whatever they could to make me a happy customer. Ray Frye quickly checked me in and told me he could turn the car around within an hour which was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, positive can do attitude. I also went to the collision center and met with Tom Butterworth who had the same friendly, positive, can do attitude. The culture of the company seems to be the same throughout the organization. You are treated respectfully, people genuinely want to help you and they make you happy you chose them. It should be a model for the industry.
Service was great. Mike Jenkins was very helpful and knowledgeable with all question per my service. All staff was friendly and helpful . Everything was done in a very timely manner . It was my first time but will not be my last , over I was very pleased. Really appreciated the loaner not having to sit and wait on my car still being able to conduct my business was a plus . Thanks
I worked with Daniel Rose and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in as well as how to get the deal done. He valued my business and treated me as such. I shopped around with other brands and BMW dealers, but Passport and the management there stood out head and shoulders above the rest. Thank you Passport! What a way to start the day and the work week! I was pleasantly greeted and treated with respect when I entered the service lane. My vehicle was immediately logged in and taken for service. I was promised a two hour work period and indeed, in two hours my vehicle was returned to me ready and pristine. My Service Advisor Michael Jenkins always does a phenomenal job with handling and identifying any problems I may have with my car. I'm typically just bringing it in for regular service appointments, but I'm always amazed at the thorough checkup it receives each time and any minor concerns are always identified and addressed.
