Four years ago I was referred to Crevier by a close family friend and was fortunate to be introduced to Marlene Tapie. My first BMW experience and not my last. After 3 years my lease was up, and I moved into an X5. Marlene found me the exact vehicle with the exact specifications and offered to deliver the car. We were referred to Marlene from friends that had worked with her in the past. When referred you always hope you have the same experience if not better then the person that referred you. My wife and I could not have been more happy with our entire experience. Marlene went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I sent an internet inquiry to Crevier requesting a test drive. The response from Susan Otto, Internet Sales Manager, was rapid and and courteous. The test drive was easily scheduled for my convenience. Ms. Otto provided a detailed review of the car's features and capabilities. The test drive's lenght and variety of roads was more than sufficient. Marlene was referred to me by a really good friend. Both my friend and her Dad worked with Marlene and had only wonderful things to say about her. I had never leased a car before and my lease was coming to an end soon and I was clueless as to what I was supposed to do once my lease ended and how the whole process worked in general.
