Great service John was helpful and responsive. Also, I left something in the loaner and he figured out that it was mine, called me and mailed it to me.

My service Joel Albright kept me informed On the needed repairs and how long it would take. I was able to use s loaner vehicle which helped greatly .

Elmhurst BMW Service Even though my initial appointment was not recorded, when I returned for the second scheduled appointment everything went smoothly and I was given a loaner vehicle which was really nice.

No pressure sales team No pressure. Very relaxed atmosphere. Super fast paperwork session. The final walk through if car features was informative and they scheduled another session with me in two weeks for a follow up! Cool
