Loved it I was buying my first BMW. Dealt with 4 dealerships in total. 3 gave me the typical car buying experience, negotiating and always trying to haggle. Elmhurst BMW came right out of the gate with their best price that was so much lower than the other 3 I jumped. It was great, everyone was extremely helpful.

Friendly & Courteous Everyone involved from the receptionist to the vehicle interface trainer was friendly, courteous and happy. We had our 12 yr daughter with us the whole time and the patients displayed by the staff was incredible
