Unbelievable Experience This is my first time bringing my X5 into your dealership and I couldn't believe the difference in the level of service compared to Perillo. John in service called me every day to give me an update on my vehicle and the techs actually found a couple things wrong and fuxed them even though it wasn't the purpose of my visit. You're lucky to have a guy like John on your staff.
Quality Service The service area is very clean and I was promptly greeted. Joel Albright, my service advisor, was professional and respectful. He informed me what will be done and how long it would take. The car was serviced within the time expected. It was clean and the driving experience is everything I expect from BMW.
good experience Joe, my service contact, was very thorough and calm. While car trouble is never a pleasant experience, his attention to detail and systematic manner of approaching his work was to be appreciated.

Very knowledgable and friendly As a former Mercedes owner, we wanted to stay German. Elmhurst BMW won our business over Porsche and Audi. They were more competitive on the price and more excited about their cars. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgable.

Amazing Experience!! BMW Elmhurst was amazing. Dave Hubner was extremely professional, helpful and patient. He was a pleasue to work with and I appreciated how Dave and the dealership were so willing to ensure we leave happy with our purchase. They were wiling to make the small cosmetic repairs to the pre-owned vehicle I purchased with no hesitation.
