Great service There was no pressure when it came to making a final decision that day. I was not harassed into buying anything. I also liked the easy going atmosphere. It seemed like everyone wanted to help and I appreciated that.

Efficient + Fair + Promises Kept = Perfect BMW Dealt with Michal Banach, Internet Sales Manager. Friendly and respectful--he made sure we understood everything about our X5. Provided peace of mind with honest advice and followed up on post-delivery issues. Scott Corbin and Jack Metz made sure our vehicle was perfect. This BMW store is the best in Chicago-area.
