Exceptional Customer Service I have purchased several cars through Elmhurst BMW and have always found them to be superior in service and selection over any other Chicago area BMW dealership. Actually a pleasure in buying a used car I never expected a car purchase to be so easy and actually pleasurable. I would give our salesperson David Hubner and his manager an 11 for their professionalism and service.

Smooth Experience Service writer was very pleasant. Work was completed around the time estimated. I received a loaner car that was much nicer than I deserved. It is also nice to visit my salesman

Nice people, clean facility, not like other dealer I like the no pressure attitude and care bill took with me. I've encountered bad experiences at one or two other dealers in the area where the service advisors talked down to me and bill didn't do that to me which I appreciate.
Repair I am very pleased with Elmhurst BMW, the service manager Corey & service advisor Bill Wright were so helpful! I went to work telling everybody what a great place this is to purchase & get repairs! That's why I'm a repeat customer, always treated fair & with respect!
