Excellent Detailing Service In addition to an oil change, I had a detail service provided. The detail work was fabulous! They took the extra step to apply some paint to a rusted area (near wheel well) which added to my delight. I was pleasantly surprised and truly appreciated the attention to detail..no pun intended.

Great Service The customer care is great. Joel Albright is my service care rep. He did a great job with keeping me informed of the work needed to my vehicle, and providing me with a premium BMW loaner while the work was being completed.

Car buying with kids a breeze! Louie was fantastic! He came right up to assist us even though we had our two young kids with us..which can make things challenging. In fact, he was great with the kids and our entire buying process was a breeze. All your staff were very accommodating and took the time to explain each part of the process. New 435 Gran Coupe From Elmhurst BMW I believe I got a very fair price right up from from Eugene. Eugene was very knowledgeable about the 4 series and different option packages. I ordered exactly what i wanted and when I picked up the car the experience was great. Very efficient and quick.

Thought Leaders With Professionalism Professional, friendly and people that I would have a beer with in another setting. Dave introduced me to the i3REX from my 2013 BMW X3 and it is a game changer. Absolutely love the car and the idea. I am all in. I currently own four other BMWs and will have an EVA in my garage from here on out. Honest about repairs Honest about wait time, came in for an oil change but found there was a problem with the computers warning system which required reprogramming of the computer, when repair took longer than expected I was offered a loaner...
