Nice Smooth Experience Nice friendly attentive staff. Clean showroom. Simple negotiations on purchases. Offered additional coverages and add on offerings but it wasn't a hard sell which I appreciate.

Elmhurst BMW Dave Hubner was particularly professional, courteous, responsive and all the other things usually rare. The other three staffers I encountered were also solid. Price thouands lower than another delership didn't hurt the overll impression.

Friendly service Our Salesman, Louie was extremely well prepared to explain the features on the X3 SUV. He spent plenty of time with us both before and after we made our purchase.
