Great experience at Elmhurst BMW My sales person, Eugene, was a pro from start to finish...very helpful and made the process very smooth.

Great Service!!!!!! Lidia went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Long story short, I ordered a BMW M4 and BMW totally drops the ball on this order process. This was by far the most irritating ordering process, to no fault of BMW Elmhurt, but the ordering process in general. My order kept getting pushed back. When I informed Lidia that it came to the point where I needed the car very soon. She found one that had the specs I needed, and got it from out of state to her dealership. I bought my first car, and enjoyed The sales are quite busy even during the weekend. They don't take much time on persuading you to buy, but provide the informaiton all you need and a best price that can tell the value themselves. So anyway, I enjoyed the process, and tested drive my car, and drived it back home all within one afternoon.
Janet Stimson Michal was very attentive and we appreciated how much time he took with us, explaining the X3 and all it offered . We never felt rushed or pressured. He is a great asset to BMW.
