Don't trust until you get in writing DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE DEALER SAYS UNTIL YOU HAVE IN WRITING. THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET A DEPOSIT FROM YOU

Snobby Dealership... I went to this dealer to purchase a used, non BMW, vehicle... The first night I went to look at the vehicle I didn't realize the dealership closed at 8pm so arrived about 5 mins before close. Understandably, I could not see the vehicle or test drive. My problem was with way the salesman treated me and my family. The sales man true enough was working with another guy and his friends on a deal, but when we walked in he didn't even acknowledge our presence...I had to initiate conversation. Worst ever dealership Sales department needs to be fired. There is a sales guy called Eugene who is fit to sell stolen cars. Pls dont step into the dealership for buying cars. Their website is junk.

Poor Customer Service They don't honor mistakes when they make them. I was mis-lead by the finance department, when this pointed out to them they chose not to address it. There are alot of dealers out there, I would avoid this one.

Worst Experience ever!!! I have been to many dealers around Chicago area, and the worst experience I ever had in the dealer. The salesperson attitude was the worst and price was not even negotiable. If I have to buy a BMW I wouldn't buy from them and there are at least 3 BMW dealers within 15miles from them.
