Great experience These guys know how to put a qualified person on the internet (cars.com) and do business. Great follow up, very courteous and responsive communication. Just bought the car so cant comment too much on the car, but the sales person and team I worked with was 5 star on the initial buy. 3/5 on buying process as they only had one person to work the final paperwork and I had to stand around an extra hour to wait for an inexperienced buyer to get done, but the sales team made up for it by being 5 star. Elmhurst BMW This was the dealer I used to make my purchase. It's a Jaguar/BMW division in Elmhurst. I actually just came in for a test drive and ended up making a purchase a few weeks later. a great experience while price shopping for a new X3 I brought my 2006 330CIC in for repair at Elmhurst BMW and I was so happy with the customer service and quality of work I received from their service manager Joel that I made my decision to work with Nicholas Psaros. He took the time to help my wife and I configure our future X3 and he went out of his way to make this a great experience, This is my 3rd purchase from Elmhurst BMW and I it was a pleasure to working with both of them.

Knowledgable and no pressure I use this dealer for repairs and new cars. I own an x5 and test drove an m5. Great service and staff I'm a relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent experience buying a car! Michal Banach sold me my 328xi. He was extremely professional and respectful throughout the entire process. He did not try to haggle with me but gave me the best deal. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the deal went. I plan on going back there in the future to purchase my next BMW.

Excellent Service, Everytime I have bought 4 BMW's from this dealership and will continue to go back. Josh in sales is very knowledgeable about the product and the different experiences available to me when buying a new BMW. I was hesitant at first, but Josh set me up with a European Delivery and it was the best experience I have ever had in buying a new car. Worst experience ever !Customer was treaded poorly Purchasing vehicle for our daughter went bad with this dealership !!! Our family just wanted to share our story and sour taste about this dealer ! Future buyers should know, that this dealer doesn`t keep customers happy out of state after charging them deposit on agreed sale ! Absolutely the worst NEGATIVE experience ever !!! Would never buy from them again The buying process was fine. The vehicle itself we are finding out was not. We have had it into a local Buick dealer 10 times for repairs since we purchased from Elmhurst. It has an unaligned good, missing screwed were found ounce taken apart, the windshield leaks and is aftermarket which non of this we were aware of when purchasing. The list goes on and on. Be extra careful before servicing your vehicle I brought my truck in for one single reason/ fault which I was told is covered by the extended warranty, prior to bringing the car in my car was perfectly fine with no single issue other than the fuel pump that it's wires burnt and could have easily set the whole car on fire, but guess what how can we make you not pay anything let's break something else and face you with it and charge you over $800 and that's what happened.
