Repair I've been dealing with Scott a very, very long time. He is the reason I still bring my car there for service! What a great asset to Elmhurst BMW!

Outstanding Service Experience Joel Albright was extremely helpful. I had just picked up my car from the service department of another BMW dealership 25 minutes earlier, and had a major problem with my car. Fortunately, I was close to Elmhurst BMW, and was able to get the car there. Joel took it from there, and made sure that my car was completely repaired, including having to get permission from BMW to replace some very expensive components under warranty.

Great place to buy a car!!! Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great place to buy a new or pre-owned car. Highly recommend. Dealership is very clean and very easy to get to.

Michal Banach - Elmhurst Dealership Michal Banach was great!!! He was pleasant over the phone, he picked me up from the metra, during the test drive he walked me through the functions of my car (although, I've had 3 BMW's there were things he showed me that I still did not know about), he brought me tea, and had all my paperwork ready to go when I walked into the finance office. Exceptional Service Staff VERY professional! They listened... and responded... They were not pushy or overbearing and made my experience actually enjoyable. Eugene Royfe is a role model for all auto salesman to learn from.

Elmhurst BMW is the best. Bill Wright was phenomenal in advising me on the work that needed to be done. While dropping off the car, I mentioned that I was having what seemed to be a battery problem. Bill took care of the problem, even when that meant keeping the car for an additional night, at no charge. I was treated in a friendly manner by all the employees with whom I interacted. This is TOTAL customer service! This is TOTAL customer service! Prompt attention with no waiting and they are extremely professional and courteous. Because the repairs took more than one day, which I didn't mind at all since I was given a new loaner to drive, I was contacted and kept up to date on the status of my vehicle.
