The absolute best BMW dealer around. The service is of the highest quality. the Staff there treat you like you should be treated like they wish to be treated. All the personell are friendly and accomidating, and the loaners are great all brand new vehicles. How could you ask for more they are the best in the Chicago area for service and sales, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Excellent service!!!! The service advisor that assisted me was quite honeslty the best service advisor that I have experienced. He was polite, and did everything he told me he would do (right down to the time he would call me to tell me what was problematice with my vehicle). He even went as far to call me to advise me that they were closing soon (I was stuck in traffic and he told me I had some time).
Great service I had an immediate need for a new battery. Even though I had no appointment, I was given priority treatment and had a new battery installed in approximately 1 hour.

Great, fast, friendly service I received a clear explanation and walk through of what was wrong with my car which was followed by a full fix of the problem with one stop at the dealer. Tony Emanuele in service is great, always personable and so helpful in making any service needs I have as easy as possible.

Worth the miles! Very good customer service. Immediate feedback. Very courteous. I drove 8 hours from KS to come to Elm Hurst!, no regrets! I would do it again. A friend had bought a car from them, highly recommended them and i would do the same. The helping, courteous nature stands out.
