Fraudster Fraudster..!!! They tried to cheat me with a pre-owned vehicle by promising that the vehicle had a clean title with zero accident and no damage. At first they shared me a auto check sheet with clean title. Later while signing the deal, I found out that the document which they had shared me was a corrected one. Really Rude Dealer A Dealer that only wants your $...beware of their "Pre Delivery Inspections "...they love to charge for services they don't deliver...beware!! Stay away from this Dealer
Barbg The guy that waited on us honestly seemed bothered that he even had to get the keys to the car that I wanted to see. I own a BMW now and was interested in getting a new one, but it won't be from this dealership!
Easy service Brought my car in 2 hours early and they finished it in 1 hour and 30 min while I waited.
WORST DEALER NEVER VISIT THE DEALER..YOU WILL LOOSE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. NO PERSON KNOWS ANYTHING OR ANY FEATURES FOR THE VEHICLE. I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK This is a follow up review from my previous "1 star" review posted on 10/1/2014 ago under the name MistakeX5. Consumer BEWARE! Keep your DEPOSIT! I would like to start by stating that this is the first time I'm actually taking the time to write a review on any purchasing experiences. It takes a lot for me to spend the time doing this. I stopped by Elmhurst BMW back in July 2014 looking to purchase a BMW X5 xDrive i35. They do not have one in stock to the specs that I wanted. I pay attention to every line item Bill was attentive and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. He also saw to it that my passenger side window seal was patched instead of replaced (which would have cost $500+). I was provided w/a loaner car, which was very important, as my car repairs required parts that necessitated that I leave my car over night. 335i purchase The sales manager stood out in particular. We experienced an issue with the pricing our our car and without hesitation he honored the sales persons mistake--no arguing or further discussion was necessary
