Encinitas BMW I had called to inquire about two used pre-certified 400 Series BMW's with Craig. When he said they were still available, we made an appointment to meet up with him four days later to test out the vehicles. BMW x3 xDrive x35i at BMW Encinitas Been looking for a x3 for months and found what I was looking for at BMW Encinitas. My sales person was a young lady named Karen. Was friendly and listened to my needs and wants. Once the cars I was looking for was found and I went on a test drive, Karen was so informative and knew the product very well. I'm happy with my purchase.
Easy to do business My car is still in the shop, so I did not comment on Quality of Repairs. The loaner program is convenient. It allows me to not worry about transportation to and from work. This service is essential! It also allows me to test drive a car for an extended period of time...wish they had higher end units however. Joey Cruz is doing a great job at keeping me updated as recalls and repairs are underway.
Great experience We purchased our first new BMW here. I was initially attracted to the location because they have the most of the M line when running searches. Adham was our sales person. He was very attentive to our needs and was able to answer all questions or find a way to get the answer if he did not have it. He made our experience a very enjoyable one. Bought a great pre- owned VW Passat Jeff was great with helping me getting a car, understood exactly what I was looking for. I'm very happy with the car I ended up getting. I came to the dealership after looking at other dealerships and private sellers. I came when I was very exhausted from looking. 2014 BMW 750i Have had multiple cars from this dealership. The staff is phenomenal, the work performed is great, but to be honest they are a bit pricey. Usually they do a great job of cleaning the car before you pick it up, but his time the cleaning staff didn’t. They left brake dust on the rims and left watermarks all over the vehicle.
