Service I had two odd noises come up in the 2016 435i that I just purchased, both intermittent. The 2nd came up after the first one was diagnosed right the first time and repaired under warranty. The next one was a real mystery, but the tech figured it out as we came back from the test drive. It turns out I had a dime stuck in the A/C vent under my seat. I'm very happy with the the customer service and the quality mechanics at BMW of Encinitas.

Marcus Allen Your sales staff were very good. They were knowledgeable and did not make me feel pressured. However, I had to wait over 1.5 hours to meet with your finance team and complete the paperwork. I was told that there were 5 other deals in front of me.

Great body work! This is the second time I have had body work done at BMW of Encinitas. Once on my BMW the other on my Mercedes. Excellent work on both.

BMW X5 service and repair I had my BMW X5 50,000 mile service, ball joint repair, tire change, and wheel alignment done at Encinitas this week. We really had a great experience with the entire service team especially Joey Cruz, the service advisor. They replaced the ball joint with the 50000-mile service without any additional cost. The tire change and wheel alignment charges were reasonable and competitive.
Best car buying experience at a dealership Adham Tellesch was personable, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. He was so relaxed that it was not possible to be tense around him. In fact, every one was completely relaxed. The only pressure we felt came at the time to consider an extended warranty. Even that was resolved most amicably. There was one miscue though.
