BMW Encinitas Mike Voiles my service advisor went above and beyond to help me with getting my car serviced. I had made and then had to cancel two prior appointments and both times he was gracious in getting me rescheduled for a time and day that worked for me. When I brought my car in he was diligent in getting all my information and providing me a loaner car so I wouldn?t be inconvenienced. Service Above and Beyond Had a "check engine" light show up at the worst time, right before a busy work week. Took the car in on short notice, and service adviser Mike Voiles went above and beyond, getting me a nice loaner car to drive. They got my car fixed up and back to me with good communication along the way. Overall, an excellent experience.
