Great Experience Ask for Ben - he's the best. He helped me find the exact car I wanted and didn't make me feel like a pain in the bum, even though I know I was. He's super on top of things which I totally appreciate. Everyone I dealt with there was so nice; Pat in Lease Returns, Jordan in Finance and Jed the Genius! I live in Banker's Hill and drive to Encinitas because I love this place. I am a loyal customer and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a new or used car.

10,000 mile check for 3 series Four stars: When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take 1.5 hours. When I arrived, I was told that there were "programming updates" and the estimated time increased to 4 hours. The car was ready after 3 hours. Its difficult to plan your day when you were given the incorrect information at scheduling time.
Great service Excellent experience. I live overseas but keep an almost-vintage 99' M3 that I own here.that sadly started stuttering on acceleration during my holiday. Mick was very personable, efficient, easily contactable. He and his mechanic kindly insisted on only repairing what was necessary and so the final charges were significantly less than the original estimated I had approved. Also was provided a complimentary electric i3 loaner car, to help me get around during my short visit back home, which was very neat.

Service Appointment I had an appointment for service with a rental car reserved and at that time they said they were out of cars. My service advisor was not helpful at all. I spoke with the Sales Manager who actually gave me a loaner car to drive. However I never even received a call to let me know my car was finished. My service advisor was horrible to deal with.
