It isn't in my nature to travel 100 miles to make a purchase which could have been made at home. However, I never flinch at the idea of dealing with BMW North Scottsdale. Happy with all that we experienced. I have submitted previous reviews and stated how happy we were with the service. Is it neccessary to have another review? Again, Ashley did a great job, service was above what we expected, and we will refer anyone to Ashley who is in the market. Please , no more survey's /reviews.
Dan was patient and answered all of our questions and worked late to get the deal done and let us drive the car off the lot that night. We spoke over the course of a couple of weeks to find the exact car we were looking for and Dan kept on top of things. I would highly recommend Dan and North Scottsdale BMW to anyone looking for a new car.

My entire experience at the BMW dealership in North Scottsdale was pleasant. They were straight forward about the cost of the vehicle. Prices advertised on the internet were the same as what they were offering me at the location. They were extremely thorough in answering my questions. Really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find it. Jerry and Ashley are excellent at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or used BMW!
Great experience. Very easy to work with. Because of the experience I had I would return to the dealership for my next car. Negotiating was easy due to Costco program but also didn't feel pressure so get any add ons that we didn't want. Would highly recommend her as a salesperson.
