I have been a customer of this Dealership for over 14 years and it is without a doubt a First Class /5 Star operation. Their attention to detail and servicing the custormer is second to none. When it comes to service I have had a variety of good service advisors over the years, however I must say that my now personal Service advisor Gary Katzenberger is absoutely tops.

Friendly service from the second you arrive until you pick up your CLEAN car. My advisor explained all the work that needed to be done.

Good loaners that are clean. Katzenberger is a great service advisor. Really explains what is going on under with your car and why he advises each service. They clean your car well before pickup. Appointment / service bay makes drop off and pick up easy.

I am very happy with my buying experience. Ashley was a great salesperson, very patient with my many questions. I felt no time pressure at all. Brian in the finance office was amazing. I even commented to him about what a great job he did at giving the customer confidence because of his neat office and his incredible organization and efficiency. Jeff was the first person I had contact with and he was great to talk to also. I would recommend this dealership to others.

I shopped online for a vehicle and found a good prospect at BMWNS. It had been quite a while since I had bought a vehicle at a dealership because of some very negative experiences; Mr. Larry Wise changed all that, he was extremely courteous and helpful and it was a pleasure not being assaulted by wave after wave of "closers". I just leased a new 328i through this dealership had had a VERY positive experience. Dave Weisbaum was a pleasure to work with as a salesperson, was very patient and helpful, and went above and beyond. He told us that if we had any problems getting our integrated garage door opener to synch, that he'd come to our house and take care of it for us.
