I would recommend seeing Ashley for a new BMW. She made the transaction very easy to get into and at the end of the day I was very please by the service level that I received from them.

Dan was very helpful and took his time explaining everything to me in great detail. This was the first time I had purchased a car on my own. He explained the car in detail, as well as reviewed all my financing options. I was comfortable and never felt I was being taken advantage of as a single female. Eric is very professional and efficient. He always explains my options and makes sure I undertand. The work is performed in a timely manner and if there are any issues (seldom), they are quick to address them.
The service was excellent and Steve Backman was of great assistance. The work that was required for my auto was explained to me. The amount of time required for the necessary repairs as well as the estimated cost of these repairs was also provided.
My experience with the service department of BMW North Scottsdale was exceptional. From the time I arrived, I was greeted by friendly technicians & all vehicle issues were clearly documented & read back to me to make sure everything was covered. In particular, Eric Rasen should be singled out for his overall knowledge, attention to detail & personal interest in making sure that all my vehicle issues were properly addressed. I would highly recommend BMW North Scottsdale for their excellent service department.
Eric was very honest and informative in helping me to decide to have work done on my X5. Have always dealt with him and he's always on target with his job.
