I can only say that this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! I bought a used car that they had just taken in. It was spotless and very reasonably priced compared to other similar cars out there. The people we dealt with were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them for used car/new car purchasing!
Ashley Norton was my salesperson and she did a great job helping me, sourcing the car for me, and getting me a good deal. She was great to work with. James Butler went over the car with me top to bottom when I picked it up and he was terrific. They handled the paperwork quickly and smoothly and everything was done as promised when promised. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Mitch Lippen, Steve Price and Logan Carter were wonderful when I bought my new car. They were and are very knowledgable about sales, finance and service. Everyone at the dealership goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful. It truly is a wonderful place to shop and buy.
Dan was a pleasure to work with. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I drove each type of car I was interested in potentially buying (this was my first time driving any BMW). Dan Caplan was great. I had an extremely negative experience at Chapman BMW. North Scottsdale was extremely professional, and it was obvious that there number one priority was to make sure the customer left happy! I love my new car, and will definitely buy from them in the future.

Having visited this dealership in past years, I really was not expecting a great experience. However, Ashley Norton was a gem to work with and has totally changed my opinion of BMW North Scottsdale! She handled everything from start to finish in an efficient and quick manner which made the process so easy...and pleasant. In fact, maybe too pleasant.....I went for one BMW and she sold me two! I recently purchased a build-to-order 328i. I worked with Ashley Norton through the entire process of ordering the car, negotiating the price, taking delivery, and going over the features. My experience with BMW North Scottsdale was awesome. Did all of my communicating through email and made my deal through email. Ashley Norton was great to work with. She was quick to respond to all of my emails. When I showed up to the showroom, my deal was ready to go and I was walking away with my car within an hour. I love my X6 and got a great deal.
