Ashleigh Norton did a great job explaining BMW differences and their pricing. Her manager also was friendly and let us know he wanted our business. The website however was a bit confusing. With so many BMWs it would be helpful if there was a Help Me Choose tool.
My previous car was totaled in a hail storm last month. I came to BMW North Scottsdale with my parents to look around, but I was not serious about buying. This was the second pre-owned BMW Z4 I've purchased from BMW N. Scottsdale. Overall the dealership employees are all very friendly and helpful. Larry Wise was a pleasure to deal with both times. Brian Peters in finance was great too. Searched out and found a good rate for the financing. The pricing of the Z4 I purchased was very good and the allowance for my trade in was reasonable and fair. This was the first good experience I have ever had in all of my car buying times. I shopped on line for 2 months looking for the right car. I found it at Scottsdale BMW I called the dealership and was blessed that Yami Turner answered the phone. She was friendly and very courteous. I have used this dealership for many years and have been completely satisfied with everything they do for me. I use to use a different dealership, but never was really happy with their service. When BMW Scottsdae North opened, I immediately switched over to them. Found the best Service Representative in Gary Katzenberger. I bought a new BMW from North Scottsdale BMW a couple days ago and want to let everyone know how great they were to deal with. I wasn't real pleased to be trading in a 4 month old 370z, but I was forced to do it due to an injury to my leg which made it nearly impossible to get in and out of. Initially I came in to look at a used car and was working with John Sarno. Even the used 335 was a bit low and he suggested I try a 135 which is a little higher even though it is a smaller car. Extremely friendly personnel, from our excellent and knowledgable salesperson to the sales manager to the finance specialist. They went out of their way to find us the car we wanted. The delivery portion of our new BMW was the best I've ever had. EVERY operational detail of our car was explained. Easily the cleanest dealership I've ever been in, even the service area. Thank you so much for the wonderful treatment and amazing vehicle. Without question we will return for another BMW soon.
Steve Beckman and the entire staff provided wonderful service. They were also extremely accommodating with the loaner return. This team went "above and beyond" in tracking down the issue with my AC and fixed it under warranty. I always brag about the service I receive at this dealership, and once again they have proven me right.
