Peter was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and made the experience as smooth as possible. We would recommend him to anyone. During the test drive he demonstrated all vehicle features and emphasized safety. The entire staff were highly competent and the dealership was extremely neat and clean.
I stopped in to this dealership on a whim while visiting from Kansas. I had been looking for a low-mile 2007 335 and they happened to have one in stock when I stopped by - Peter happened to be there and came over to see if I needed help. He was very helpful and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. Great dealership. Great personnel. Very knowledgeable both in sales, Peter Cramer, and Service, Eric Rasen. Dealership is top notch, from the receptionist to Sales, to Service, to Parts. I had previously dealt with a Lexus dealer and this BMW dealership is even more attentive and better informed about their product.
Scott is always willing to go the extra mile for me. He stays in contact with me so I don't just feel like a transaction. This was my second purchase with Scott and he will be the only one I buy my BMWs from. I tell everyone I know about the great service at BMW of North Scottsdale. Thanks!
I highly recommend BMW North Scottsdale and especially Steve Backman (Sevice Consultant). I have been buying and servicing my BMW's for over 8 years now, and throughout this time, Steve Backman has been the most knowledgeable and helpful service consultant I have EVER worked with! He's incredibly helpful, caring, efficient and has just has exemplary customer service skills!
I called on a Fri @ 3pm because my front passenger side window was suddenly stuck in the down position - a serious problem in Scottsdale, Arizona in August! Steve Bachman had me bring it right in. I could have had my car back in 45 minutes, but a routine safety check determined that my car's "front axle C/V boot" was torn and leaking oil. This is by far the best car buying experience I have had. The staff at N. Scottsdale was so professional and personable. From Michelle, the receptionist, to our "sales butler," James (who explained every button and lever). Our sales associate, Peter Cramer, was refreshingly upfront and worked with us to get the deal that was fair to both them and us. He treated us like we were buying top-of-line, even though we were not.
