Salesman was arrogant and lacked a personality. After sitting around for 30 minutes, the sales manager refused to put firm numbers to our deal to purchase a new 325Ci because we didn't appear "serious" - even after I had explained that I drove over 100 miles to the dealer to BUY that car, that day! Guess what moron, I bought a Lexus instead. Now 1 year later when I did buy a BMW 330Ci - I didn't get it from you.
