The service department is the reason I continue to purchase my BMWs from this dealership. The vehicles sell themselves if it's not your first BMW purchase. Service after the sale is how you keep your customers loyal. BMW North Scottsdale is an excellent dealership - all the way around.

My 2010 550i was in for a persistent engine shudder. They asked to keep it over the weekend. They returned my car with 300 additional miles on it, dirty clothes in the back, filthy inside and out, and an empty gas tank...and the engine still shudders violently. BMW was aware of this problem before they sold the car to me it turns out, yet they failed to tell me about it. Now they say it is normal, it just needs to warm up.

I had a 2004 BMW 325i that I took in for service (oil change, brakes needed replaced, battery replaced). We were leaving on vacation for 2 weeks so I wanted to take it in while it was still under warranty as the warranty was going to run out a few days before we were to get back. When I took it in, Ron, my service advisor told me that it would be a while to check it all out so I asked if I could have a loaner to get to work. He told me I couldnt have a loaner but could get a ride to the Hertz rental where I could pay for my ... read more

I brought my old bmw 325i in for a second opinion regarding service. I asked the employee who answered the phone how much a diagnostic was. The woman on the other end told me the diagnostic was free and they will have a loaner car for me. I'm thinking "Great!" I made an appointment and brought my car in. The service person who wrote up the order, Logan, was rubbing his crotch back and forth along the desk while standing. (This made me feel uncomfortable and I probably should have left then.) I tell Logan I'm bringing the car... read more

This dealership and family of dealerships is motivated to screw you out of your money! They do not understand customer relationships, customer value or lifetime value. They only march to satisfy the stockholders first, employees second and you're third! Do yourself a favor; stay away from the United Auto Group!!!!

Bought a 2007 525 bmw, had problems with steering as soon as I drove off the lot. Service dept. replaced two front tires that had "flattened" from being on the showroom floor which was blamed on the Arizona heat. Hard to believe in an air conditioned building. Was also told "things that men make will break" was that supposed to make me feel better? Now, 2 weeks later, the sun roof rattles, the back doors will not unlock with the key fob or the internal controls, the telescopic steering function does not work at all and the c... read more

After, I got out of the partking lot in front of their main door. The sales guy standing outside didn't even say HI before I pass although I was the only person outside their shop. Inisde this nice place was a Museum with brain dead people standing and sitting around. It will stay dead as long as this place acts like this. Anyways, I got the parts I need at the overpriced service shop and head out the door. This isn't a place I like to come back soon.

After spending over two hours at another local BMW dealer who wouldn't honor BMW website's 'special' price offers, I departed BMW North Scottsdale shortly after I first entered... with a new 325i. The North Scottsdale facility is new and far nicer than any other in the Phoenix area. Since then, both Steve and the dealership's GM have contacted me to confirm that I was happy with my experience. As I conveyed to BMW via their phone survey, I could not be more pleased and have already recommended to a friend that she contact St... read more

I will never step foot on the grounds of this dealership again. I bought a CPO 2001 330C from another dealership in town (Chapman), even though I live close to North Scottsdale Dealership. Shortly after purchase, I had problems with the sunroof visor not sliding back, so I brought it to the Scottsdale dealership and they *fixed it* under warranty. It broke about 1 month later, so I brought it back. They would not fix it under warranty, and tried to explain how it was a result of long term misuse (not mentioned first time whe... read more
