Asked for oil change,the SUV was out of warranty and I paid them over $200 ! They didn't do it , the service manager Logan Carter tried to convince me they did dit it ,how I found it the cap for the engine oil was covered in dust and if you touched it will leave some fingerprints and my question how they added the new oil since I paid for that ,he was telling me they changed it! I just bought a 2017 530i from BMW North Scottsdale and went to get the rear shades. On the official BMW website the price was $86.00, go down to BMW north scottsdale and they want to charge me. $98.00. Called Champman BMW and they said the price was $86.00. I will never go back to BMW north scottsdale, there are some serious integrity issues there. I wish I would have purchased my vehicle from chapman.

Ya had a talk with the GM this morning, he is very matter of fact and, confirmed that BMW North Scottsdale sets there own prices. Based on what I have seen they are above BMW North America suggested prices. Based on that conversation I will take my car 14 miles further down the road to Chapman BMW. It is a shame as I am 7 minutes from BMW North Scottsdale. Good luck to all.

I have taken my car several times within past 2 months. When I received my car, the engine light was on and windshield fluid was leaked-out. I called service advisor Ron Davis on the same day. He said," engine light is on because the fluid is leaked out of the reservoir. I took the car later on since the change of oil service was on. Bought a $55,000 BMW from them 5 years ago and had it serviced since. Car broke down and had to be towed twice in the last 5 months. Very traumatic experiences for a luxury car. Went to buy another vehicle and learned I was unable to trade the car in because of 2 safety recalls with no remedy. Seriously! I bought a Certified car from BMW North Scottsdale and three days later when the deodorizer wore off it became clear that it was a car that had been smoked in and not just cigarette smoke, it was pipe or cigar smoke. I brought the car back and told them I didn’t want it, I was pulled off the sales floor into the back where they told me I couldn’t return it and that they would fix it. Tried to get OTD pricing on a used vehicle. I guess it was to complicated for them to figure out. 3 people 3 different prices. Notice they raise sale price on vehicle after talking to them. Total joke they deserve their low dealer rating . Might be the only true thing they have earned.

DoNot buy a "Certified Preowned BMW" from this dealership! They obviously do not go through the checklist to certify them. My BMW I purchased from them had 4 plugged run flats and cracked fender wells that were repaired enough to get it sold and recracked several month later. They did care to respond to make this right.
