"Repeat Customer" I have always had a good experience with the sales, parts and service departments. Communications from M-B USA and M-B Germany not so good.
"Best BMW Service in Western Kentucky " The service department is top notch. I took my car there to get an oil change and brake flush. Only took them 2 hours, easily take alot longer if you do it yourself or any other shop. Great price for work and staff is amazing. Dont hesitate to call Ron if you need anything done to your BMW
"Great pre-owned car, great price" Had a very good experience with everyone at the dealership. We got a great 2017 pre-owned Infiniti for a very good price. Everyone was informative, professional, honest and friendly. Only caveat is the car was marketed with heated seats. Test drove/bought it on a 90 degree day so didn't think about it until I got the car home. It didn't come with heated seats, which was disappointing. "Absolutely incredible people" We were driving our SLK from Florida to Michigan and we were having an issue with the ESB/BAS system. This was an annoyance, but the car was still very drive-able. Unfortunately, right after we crossed the state line from Tennessee, the car developed a strong shudder and pull to the left. We knew we had to find a dealer and fast.
