"Over the years " I have taken our cars both Mercedes and BMW to the dealership. The service has always been high above satisfactory. Both the service and parts department have been great. Understood my concerns and what I needed. I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue. Chris in service is always helpful and knowledgeable about the cars. "Excellent" Had a problem with my 2014 cla and was just outside of warranty service manager Jake was very heloful. He contacted Mercedes on my behalf and was able to get it covered at no cost to me. My vehicle was washed and parked out front for me when I arrived to pick up. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone with a Mercedes.
