"great and timely service" the service dept manager was very cordial and nice I would have them help me again when my vehicle needs to be serviced and repaired
"Great service" Ron does a great job with friendly service and knowledge of what needs to done to bring my BMW back to a like new driving experience.
"First service and detail" First service on my 2017. Did not want interior detailed, only outside washed. Less than favorable wash job. Re-washed the car when I got home.
"Outstanding Service" Great service department. First class operation with very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Great loaner vehicle. Vehicle was repaired on time and service staff constantly texted me with updates.
"Oil change and detail" Ron was very helpful with getting the sevice done to my vehicle. He was also helpful by providing warranty information regarding our other vehicle. Excellent service reasonably priced.

"Great service begins with a great Service Manager" Service Manager Ron is a pleasure to deal with. He delivers what he promises...on time! He and his team have serviced our BMW since 2014. Every visit has met my high expectations.
Took my 2017 in for service and a full detail. My vehicle was done at promised time and looked great. Staff was very nice and helpful. Prices were fair for a BMW service from what I found by calling other dealers in Nashville and Louisville and my detail was on special for only 70.00. Will definitely be returning in future and recommending friends and family to as well.
