Very high end and profitable dealership...and they know it. Expect all the plastic smiles and dealer speak. So long as you bring your checkbook and dont plan to get a deal, you will love them. But dont trust them. They are a lean, mean, money making machine. I learned that the hard way after my purchase. I will never buy from them again.
My wife went in looking for a car. The dealer who assisted her (Cliff) said she had to put a $500 deposit down before he would even help her find a car. She was naive, granted and they saw her coming. I had to go back to get her check back on the same day and they had deposited it already! The manager tried to placate us but the damage had been done.
